This is the only place that i will go to again if i have any need when it comes to repair and accessories. ( maybe as well used phones ) Monday i went the first time to Cellrox at the Promenade Mall and asked for the cost of a new Note 9 screen. Mohammed was very straight forward and explained me everything from a to z. Including the this is a special order due to the model of my phone. So Tuesday i came back and gave Mohammed a down payment for the screen. As promised, he called me today to inform me the screen is is the store and i can come over any time to replace it. I must say that Mohammed is not only very polite, but he as will is very professional in what he does. While working on my phone, there where some rude customers which he dealt with in a Canadian way. Polite. I could not deal with customer wanting a Mercedes but only want to pay for a scooter. Anyway. I highly recommend this store and Mohammed. Thanks again ~ David R

I purchased a Life-proof case for my iPhone 6 plus (going away to Florida) i was having trouble finding a case for the 6 plus this store had it and at a awesome price too. After a few weeks, I try to put the case on and I was having trouble so I went back and the guy working their was so nice, he couldn't get it in with that case either so he went to his store upstairs and got the Nuud Life Proof One. Fit perfect. The Guys are the best. Always polite. Very helpful. will be buying all goodies here. ~ Lisa C

Mohammad was presented with a strange problem. I needed a screen protector for my Fitbit ionic. He explained that because the screen is curved, a typical screen protector won’t hold. He showed me a special protector made for a Samsung phone with a curved screen. He then cut that protector precisely to the size of my Fitbit screen. If you have any issues with your tablet, phone or need accessories, I strongly recommend visiting this place if you are in the area. I had a tablet which was refused to be fixed at 3 different certified locations and without any optimism I brought it to Cellrox. To my surprise it was fixed and within 4 hours. The service level by the people at Cellrox is exceptional! my phone was badly damaged after I left it on the hood of my car and drove off. I took it to Cellrox minutes before closing and had it back the next day in the afternoon. The guys working there quickly gave me all my options with the pros cons and costs of each one. Excellent knowledgeable and professional customer service. My iPhone 7 screen break and speaker issue which Muhammed diagnosed, tested and replaced within 30 minuets as promised . He also tuned my IPad, which screen broken.He charge very low compare to others moreover i think this is first store which is giving warranty on repairs I would highly recommend this store to anyone who has phone, tablet or laptop issue. I dealt with AJ, a decent fellow that told me what he thought the problem was over the phone, and stated that he'd fix the issue for free if I came in. He was correct about the issue and he held true to his word. This is the second time I've taken my phone in, both times dealing with AJ. First time I paid, but the charge was reasonable. Will be back if I have any more issues. ~ Steven K

I could not have had a better experience. My screen shattered an hour before they closed and the night before I was leaving on a holiday. I called and the gentleman told me he would stay late to help me out if he had to. Then his charge, which I expected would be astronomical, was lower than anywhere else I have been. Cellrox Promenade is wonderful. Both Mohamed and Shareef are both so friendly and excellent in customer service.
